What better way to learn about your customers (employees) than, “A Taste of Home ?”
Choose a day, that staff can simply share their family traditions with colleagues while getting to know each other. Too often, we’re stuck in our own silos (department), failing to build an actual friendship that is not only great for team building but productivity as well.
“A Taste of Home” allows employees to create/purchase their favorite dish that reminds them of home. Each customer (employee) should share a story , not necessarily pertaining to the dish it self, but about their culture and/community.
This simply little day of fun creates a organizational culture that is positive and fun.
