I’ve decided to blog about my journey and I hope you’ll follow.
First in my family, at almost 40 to receive a masters degree, seem strange but rewarding. I always knew I wanted to be in field of business management, but what? Who would have thought I’d be an entrepreneur? Not me.
Having worked in an addiction/recovery facility where there is little to no regulation, I decided to start my very own HR firm.
You see there is a ton of money to be made off of ones fault, addiction. But there is also a ton of money to be loss due to ones lack of experience, knowledge, skills or understanding.
The company that hired me, was started by young entrepreneurs, with little to no experience or any professional development. Over 90% of the staff was in recovery. While they tested clean, they worked dirty.
I’ll leave it there for now, tomorrow’s blog will explain, while they tested clean, they worked dirty.
Stay tune, it’s a ride you don’t want to miss.
